Great thread indeed!!! A big thanks to you for sharing the success thread.That is a lot more than a motivation .After reading this it  feels i am on the top of success .Every line is full of new ideas and some thing to learn .Thanks for all your hard work to make it easy to understand for all of us.

In my opinion in this situation no need to pay anything talk to you lender,Take suggestion ask question come out with a solution discussion with your lender takes you out from this situation

Business and investment both needs money both needs time ,both will give you success.But for this you have to think smartly.Take your time  before investing,take suggestion check out the market value.Plan the whole strategies like a game.Don't open your card search everything about the thing where you want to invest .Then come with big card and take the game off from everyone like a champion.

First of all buying your home is the best feeling.If you want to invest and make more money in no time.Take little-little steps to fast grow.In my knowledge search today market ,The your time before investing do research as much as you can.Do small investment first earn good from them and then take huge step.through research about marketing will leads you on  great scale.don't hesitate to take steps take suggestion as much as you can before investing.

As Rob beland clear that first of all you must clear from that agent that what are his expertise and make sure his expertise fulfill your needs. Make sure he is able to complete your deal in given time and also make sure that he have enough knowledge.

  I dont think it is the good sign to wait for his response. This shows that he is not interesting to serve you. So don't wait for him and search for anyone else. Because every perfect agent give his entire time to his client and they are specially very active for the new clients. They give response in minutes as they receive any query from you.

So never wait and try another one!
