I'm an experienced investor, but new to the STL market.  Learning the lay of the land and looking for recommendations from other investors in the area who have worked with Contractors that were reliable & a PM they trust.  Thanks so much for any recommendations!!

Looking forward to connecting and/or working together.

Hello-

Under contract for a BRRRR in South Linden and looking for a reliable contractor to bid a mid level job. Thanks for your recommendations!!!

Hello- I've been investing in RE since 2015, mostly through househacking and MTR/LTRs.  I currently own 5 units in SLC & Denver, but looking to scale aggressively this year in more affordable markets.  I've been analyzing properties in Detroit, Columbus & Cleveland, but without knowing the area I have lacked the courage to write offers.

I would love to find a mentor who has experience flipping or BRRRRing in any of these areas and happy to give a percentage of my first few profits in exchange for guidance and support.

Anyone interested in a working relationship?

Thanks :)

A good Realtor can act as a mentor. The more profitable flips you do the more deals you will deal and the more commission they will make

True!  A mutually beneficial relationship.  I'll DM you

Thanks!  Great article showing civic improvements in the area.  What services do you offer in Detroit?
