I need a contractor by Monday who can give me an estimate for repairs on a house I am looking to flip. I have a rough estimate on costs. 

Please contact me if you have experience in flips with out of state investors please.

Hi Kevin, you are absolutely correct and up to date with the real estate market here in Vancouver. The seller market is hot here! The real estate market there in Wilmington seems like a strong buyer's market, I may have to consider doing some real estate investing there!

My name is Carolina Torres and I started investing in US Real Estate almost five years ago along with my brother. We buy and flips homes in Seattle, Washington, Atlanta, Georgia and Raleigh, North Carolina. We are currently looking to expand our portfolio to buy and hold properties and buy multi-units. I'd like to network with people in the real estate market because I believe in working together and learning together. My brother and I have a real passion for the real estate market and see the potential there is. We currently work full time jobs and would like to free our time to do something we love and that's investing in real estate!
