@Stephen Chittenden Thanks, one last question: do ALL members in the LLC have to guarantee the loan. My 2 children are minority members (15% each) and since they are very young (19 and 23) my husband and I would not like for them to have this obligation. Thank you again.

This is my first post and I just realized that I can not ask for referrals. Maybe some member could just tell me what kind of loan should I be able to find and how much more expensive the rates would be comparing to a residential loan. Thanks

I have a rental property that is paid off. It is in the name of a LLC. I would like to get a first mortgage on the property. Can someone please give me a referral to a personal financial broker that has access to consumer and commercial creditors? Thank you!
