I am opening a new acct with UDirectIRA to have check writing privileges I will establish an LLC from the LLC I will be the manager. I was instructed to open a business acct with the LLC from a local bank. Should there be any issues?

I am Carol, I'm curious to hear from investors with 10+ years experience, what is your strategy for 2018? 

Are you option A: "wait and see" with new tax reform strategies before purchasing any new properties? 

Option B: "sit on the sidelines" the market is too high, sit with cash to watch new investors make mistakes on when to buy?

Option C:  Other- please explain?

Hi Hunter,

Congrats on your new relo opportunity. I went to Austin this summer to check it out, the traffic is worse or equal to LA. Comments from others are spot on, live close to work. By the way people, I saw bummer stickers on cars that said Austin is not CA keep that in mind when you are looking for your new home.
