he's been consistent, he has been driving for almost 4 years. I understand your point but in my opinion you can say the same for a person with a regular job without other source of income. What about if that person gets fired from the 9-5 job? 

Hi everyone,

My little cousin lives in South Jersey (Cherry Hill area), he drives for UBER and make decent money. On average he makes $1500 a week in less than 40 hours. He's trying to rent an apartment and got denied because the leasing office said that UBER is NOT considering as a real job even though he have a 1099 and pay taxes. Based on the fair housing act, is it legal to turn him down since his income is legit and justified, and have someone encountered a similar situation?
