My wife and I are looking for out third investment property, but we are worried about how to get financed for the third time, we rent both of the properties and hope to find a triplex or duplex, and we rent where we currently live now, does anyone have any stories to add or any information on helping me, we have not put any of the properties in LLC form yet, also looking for info on this as well.

Happy Independence Day all!!!, I am looking to set up a small group meeting in the Palm Harbor FL, area to help Renters, First Time Homebuyers, and transferring military members and veterans find homes. Maybe you need some help finding an investment property to start BRRRing, multi family, or single family, you can’t start something if you never take the first step, start small, little bits of information lined up in the right order yield fantastic results. Let’s team up to make something big, from a small beginning, Starbucks on the corner of US19 and Curlew Rd, Palm harbor FL, 6:30 PM July 11,2018, let’s have some discussion in this topic before the date so I can know what information to bring to help you the most.

I am assuming a mortgage from a family member,the property has a great amount of equity and renters already, I have already been fully approved for the loan, we have no selling or buyers agent and the loan originator from the mortgage company needs a purchase contract to send everything to the title company, I need a Florida purchasing agreement, would anyone be able to offer advice or a fillable form that i could use to close?
Grant Greene is there any specific requirements about how long until you can claim rental income to apply for a loan? To make me look more appealing when applying for a second home loan in terms of being able to handle the mortgage payments
I have a few questions about buying rental properties with a hard money loan and then refinancing after a three to four months with a conventional loan. Hopefully someone can share an example. What do you do if you are unable to secure a conventional loan prior to the end of your hard money term? What have you done in the past when you have been unable to secure tenants for a property between the period of transferring from hard money loan to conventional loan.? I have more questions before getting into my first rental property. But the financing is my main concern, which I'm Sure it is for a lot of beginner investors.
Hello everyone, For my day job/ career, I am a health services technician in the US Coast Guard, I have been in for five years now, and currently working the phlebotomy department, handling blood draws and other fun bodily specimen management. I have just started listening to the bigger pockets podcasts and am loving it so far, I have a been a landlord now for about two years for a property I own in Massachusetts that I manage myself with a monthly cash flow of about 500 dollars per month and am looking to invest some more. I'm currently stationed in Florida (my home state) so if anyone would like to get together in the Tampa area to chat about potential investment I would be more than happy to meet. Thanks to bigger pockets for offering this valuable tool for us to network and learn.
