Thank you! I appreciate your advice.

If you were about to get $25k would you:

A. Invest it in another couple of rental houses in the $75k range w traditional loan

B. Put it towards student loan debt which has an interest rate of 6%? Currently on a 4 year payoff plan.

C. Use as a down payment for our next home as we’re outgrowing our current home. We plan to rent our current home and it should generate enough to pay our new mortgage. We are currently househacking w a guest house bnb that covers our mortgage.

We are new investors. Currently we have our home, 1 Airbnb, 1 long term rental that gross cash flows $500/month and are going to close at the end of the month on 2 more long-term rentals (1 BRRR w construction loan and 1 90% rehabbed on conventional loan).
