I'm new to investing. Truthfully, I'm excited but nervous to start.  Also, I'm wayyyy overdue. 

I had a short term rental but NY laws put an end to that. I'm thinking flipping might be a good entry into investing to build capital to buy and hold.  

1. How do I choose a market to start? 

2. I would love to have a Mentor.
