I am reaching out on here because i am pretty new to this wholesaling in the Tampa Bay area. I have not yet closed my first deal but am looking to soon get one closed. I am a little hesitant on making my first move because I want to be sure that I am making the correct steps towards closing a deal. I have some buyers on my buyers list and are ready to jump into this. I have been looking for properties on Zillow and Craigslist. But when looking I can't seem to wrap my hands around what is a good deal and what might not be worth the time to look into. If you wouldn't mind a little guidance would be greatly appreciated! Hello all been on BP for about a week now reading and educating myself. I searched BP for any leads as far as contracts but could find nothing. If anyone is wiling to point me in the right direction, thank you in advance.

My name is Carlton Sloan. Currently I live in Tampa, Fl. Moved back here about a year ago from serving in the USMC. Im looking to expand myself in the real estate area and would love to surround myself with good spirits and helpful advice. Mainly trying to focus on wholesale for now.
