Hi all,

So I'm a property manager in Chicago, IL and I am now looking to make an investment of my own in the city. Most likely, I'll be looking at multi family properties of two or three units. When visiting these properties, what exactly do I need to be looking for? For example, plumbing, heat, roof, general repairs, etc. I appreciate all feedback, thanks.
