Welcome, Jerad... I'm new here (from NE Ohio), too.

Good luck in all you do...

Currently reading "How I Turned $1000 Into $5M" by William Nickerson and, of course, I'm going to sound cliché, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Guy K... Up next is Millionaire Real Estate Investor, but think I might grab MREA right after... Lots of unlearning and re-educating to do.

I'll be quick and to the point...

I'm Carl... 40... Father... Spent most of my 20s as a loan officer and manager for multiple high-level banks -- Countrywide (Bank of America) and JPMorgan Chase... Spent most of my 30s as fitness entrepreneur and owner of a couple small gyms... Now I'm back in real estate -- this time on the more entrepreneurial side, as well as beginning my real estate licensing classes on the 31st.

Goals: too freakin' many... Easiest, most generic: leave a legacy using real estate as the foundation...

To do: fix and flip single family, fix and hold multi...

Lover of Batman, Bourne, training for the zombie apocalypse, and Cleveland sports...

Would love to learn from all you real estate doers.
