Thanks guys. I will be licensed soon, so I will use the TREC 1-4 for now and eventually get a shorter one drawn up to make it easier.

  I am a new investor from San Antonio. I am currently trying to start up my business and do some wholesaling ! I am not sure what contract or form i would need to be using to get a property under contract. Some help would be nice !
