Just did two of them, the trick is to find a good wholesale deal, if you pay retail your just speculating.

Both of our deals involve buying a bungalow and putting a suite in, giving it a facelift and then tapping into the equity. As we rent it out :-)

How do I influence/motivate a tenant to want to take good care of their house? I want them to fix small problems themselves, do routine stuff like shoveling and mowing, and call me if there's a problem with the house.

I'm buying three rentals in wetaskiwin, I just realized i should look into incorporating or LLP's. after this I will have a total of 4 properties and 5 doors. I was curious on what might be the best methold of structuring the business?
