Hello there real estate friends, my name Carlos and I am just looking for other like minded people to learn from and grow in real estate investing.

I direct messaged jdainflip on IG with adivice and his response was "A good way to start is to find an investor lookinng  for specific types of property and bird dog/cold call", my question is what is bird dog/ cold call ??

I am currently practicing Analyzing deals and I'm not sure if my math is correct, so is there any one in my local tristate area, that I can send potential deals too in trade knowledge and networking, I'm a rookie just trying to learn, if so send a message to me.

Looking to invest long term, if you have invested in Fundraise what's the recommended investment to invest in ?
