Hi Guys.

I'm looking for an investor friendly restate sales person or broker in north NJ. Particularly with experience in the Newark, and probably Jersey City areas.

I have been studying, reading, listening, and doing as much I can, and in fact I do renovations for a living. But when it comes to do it for myself the only thing I need is to take action, start contacting some people, and just do my first flip.

So here we go; hopefully it will be the first of many.

I look at properties and analyze deals every day, and have a couple that could be good for my first one, but I need a good realtor to work with in the area.

Any suggestions and good experiences will be really appreciate.

Carlos

Please feel free to PM me if there's any way I can help!

 Thank you Stephanie.

I will take a look on that market, I'll PM when I go up that way

Hi Guys

I joined BP a couple of month ago, and I'm very happy and inspired by the site, resources and great people in here. I have been reading everything I can, listening to every podcast, I joined my local REIA association and trying to learn as much as I can.

I have an strong practice as an Architect, (not licensed in the USA just in case) design, and construction.

I have done many remodeling or flips adding great value to properties but the profit has been always for my clients.

I finally decided to start doing the same thing I have always done, but as a real-state investor this time where there are some new variables to learn.

to start I want to do some flips and I'm trying to define where.

Because I live and work in NYC, where is almost impossible to start investing, I was thinking according to what I read and research; Newark, Jersey city, or even upstate NY where I spend some time could be some of the options.

I'm looking for wholesalers or investor friendly real-state people to help me find my first deal.

please don't hesitate to contact me with deals of for anything you need.

Carlos

Definitely. OOS turnkey investment is not very smart. Buying stock is probably better.

REI is very risky and has a high barrier to enter. Not for everybody.

OOS turnkey investors think that it's an easy thing to do, since it's turnkey. Real turn key investment is dividend stocks, which is hands off. REI is never 100% turn key. Otherwise, you lose money.
