Post: LLC Income tax free to another LLC?

Does anyone have income from one LLC flow directly to another LLC that they own?

I own 25% of an LLC for flipping houses and similar. I own 50% of another LLC for building homes here and there. I am thinking to open a third LLC which I would own 100% of and have my percentage of the income from the other two flow this one. Mainly for 2 reasons: vehicle bonus depreciation (that way it is not split across the partners of my other firms) and to show banks a consolidated income stream from a single source for borrowing purposes.

@Danny Webber Yes, guess that was a bit vague.

I am flipping houses in south and central Austin with the exit price generally sub $400k and doing complete remodels. The finish is certainly more towards contemporary. Let's see if this link of the most recent sale can be posted here https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3417-Clarksburg... . If that doesn't work please google 3417 Clarksburg.

I am looking for a remodel / construction company or GC that is reliable, trustworthy and deliveries solid product.

Let me know if you need more info and looking forward to your thoughts.

@Mark Robinson

The last deal I bought was through a wholesaler auction style as you described. I was able to make the deal work and just made an offer according to my numbers. It so happened that I was able to pay $500 more than the opening price and that got the deal done.

@Souji Kumar

If you keep all expenses as you estimated them, but raise the vacancy to a full month a year, you would break even or effectively have 0 cash flow with 30K+ out of pocket. I would suggest looking for another deal.
