@Shawn McCormick thanks! I will give her a call!

I was using Avail.co to list my 3rd rental property. I decided on them because of all the options for listing. Turns out that they do not have access to Zillow Group anymore and apartments.com even thou they keep marketing them as options on their website. I get that Zillow and other might want to get paid, I just wish Avail.com would have been more upfront about it. After contacting support, the option is to send an email to the Zillow group and get in an agreement with them. Avail does not even help in that process. Avail tenant screening process is more expensive than others, so at this point, their value proposition is not there.

Maybe I just needed to vent. 😊

Any other recommendations?

Any recommendation for a good company to partner up in Orlando, FL to get insurance for a new rental property? Hopefully 1 of many. :-)

thanks!!!

Thanks for the response @Chris Davidson

I'm looking at the options you listed! so far RentRedi is sounding like a great option.

I just bought my first condo and I’m getting it ready to list for rent.

This is my current game plan:

  1. 1. Open an Ally regular checking account just for that one property. (Deposit rent & pay for expenses)
  2. 2. Use Zillow Rental Manager (Free for 1st listing) to list and screen the tenant.
  3. 3. Get insurance for the condo

Where would be a good place to find a good rental agreement template or maybe start with Zillow’s templates?

Is it that simple or do I need to think about LLCs, Business accounts, ETC?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!!!
