You'll have no issues with rents there.

Let me know if you want to get rid of it.

Carlin a good place to start is bird dogging. I personally haven't had much luck in missoula and had to move more towards CDA/Spokane. I'm a newbie also and making alot of mistakes along the way but loving every minute of it. The sky's the limit in this industry.

Just don't give up.

Thanks guys. I've been studying up on various forms of REI for several months now. I'm starting the podcasts now as well. I think my biggest fear with this isn't failure, (I'm to stubborn to quit), but it's not being knowledgeable enough to handle basic scenarios. I've wasted some money on a few "programs" but I've learned a little from all of them so I don't consider that a waste.

Yes Shaun this market is pretty interesting. That's part of the reason why I'm focusing on potential buyers. I'm not having an issue coming across deals.. I knew when I was getting into this that I would need to include Missoula and as far as Spokane into my market. I haven't seen auction.com but as of now I will...

Newbie here. I'm a single father of three trying to get set up wholesaling from home so I don't have to leave the kids with grandma while I leave for work for days at a time. I look forward to networking with you folks. I'm jumping into this head first and am extremely eager to learn any and all aspects of REI.

I've come across a few deals to purchase but I've had a hard time forming a buyers list. Or even a "short term lender" for fix&flips. Right out of the gates if anyone can point me in a direction I would appreciate it. Thanks.
