Ummmm.. lol. I start off with 7 & 8 which is 15 then carry the 1, add 4 & 2 plus the 1 to get 7 with a total of 75. Which I did in like 3-4 seconds lol

Here’s my story

Graduated from high school in 2019.. I know, not very long ago. But my life has done a huge 360 after reading my first ever financial book. That book was called Rich Dad Poor Dad, and let me tell you. After reading it once I graduated .. man, it opened my eyes so wide to the point I gained this drive of goals and to educate my self to the point I couldn’t stop. Fast forward about 7-8 months, I started a headlight restoration business where I live, and also In the process in getting my real estate license to start accomplishing the goals I have with real estate and growing my relationships with people. Still have along way to go, but it’s a start.

So basically to keep this short, I’m on the route to getting my real esate license. But I’m a little stuck on once I get my license. Where should I start or what should I even do ?

When it comes to reading books, I love. But sometimes I find it a little easier to listen to the book on audible. So my question is, what do you prefer ?

I would like to know some ways to build my assets column, from investing to some passive income gigs. What do y’all suggest or what do y’all have?

My name is Carlito and I’m getting in to real esate with a goal and a mindset to retire or be financially free. If you could start over from day 1 where would you start? I would love to hear about it!

So haven’t got my license yet but I will receive it once I take and pass the test. I’ve read rich dad poor dad which got me into real Esate but just want a little advice and how to market your self and what is the best route to go when you first start off ?
