@Bola Williams I have looked in those area, but I wanted to stay close to public transportation and near Walter reed. I am still looking in those area those. 

@K. Tucker Thanks for this information! Yes renting to other service members would be ideal! I wanted to stay some what closer to my job at Walter reed, I'm starting to thing that may not be possible. 

I am an active duty military member that will be stationed at Walter Reed Bethesda, MD and I will only be station there for a few years. I have no experience and this will be my first house. I am looking for a real estate investing/ house hack friendly properties. I'm also looking for something in the Bethesda or anything close to this location.  Good cash flow potential area. I will probably rent by the room/house hacking and wanted to know where I could find the laws and regulations for Maryland. Thanks in advance.
