Hi All,

After moving from Connecticut to South Florida two years ago, my wife and I are ready to build our real estate portfolio, starting with owner-occupying a duplex in our market (Coral Springs/Greater Ft. Lauderdale). 

Our long term goal is to add incrementally larger properties to our portfolio, up to the point where we have several larger (50+ unit) properties.

I found BP about 5 years ago, and recently started listening to the pod casts after hearing about them from my mentor. They are now a part of my morning commute, and I highly recommend tuning in if you haven't already.

Looking forward to contributing to the site. Would love to connect with other investors in the South Florida market to learn/swap stories.
