Hey All My name is Carl and I am 28 I live In Miami FL. I currently own a Technology Company But I have been around REI, Property Management and Construction my entire life. I have always had the desire to own multifamily units but have never taken the leap because of time or just the fear of the unknown. I am looking for guidance on how to get started or just to pick someone's brain or just help them out to learn via osmosis. I have been doing some market research of my own on the Daytona and central Florida areas wanted to know if this is a good market to get involved in? Just looking for some knowledge on how to get started. Anything would be helpful. Thanks Everyone!
