I don't but a girl I know received it.  She pulled up to meet me in a brand new hummer!  When I asked what she did to make that money she told me she signed up for hud counseling, was eligible for a grant and bought like a 6 flex.  She was counseled for about a year with hud she said in LA.

Hello!

Ok so it's always been my dream to buy an apartment complex. Does anyone know if Hud offers counseling and grants to first time buyers???  I heard if you take a counseling course you're eligible for a $50k grant.  That would be awesome plus I would love some mentoring since it's my first time.

Hello!

I have heard that you can receive auction listings from real estate agents.  Does anyone know how I can go about getting them for Ohio?

my cousin bought two homes under $50k each and rents them.  He's clearing about $1875 a month.

A realator called me today.  He said he wont sell anything less than $100k.  There are a bunch of $50k investment condos but he said noone will want to rent them.  For ex.  Sea mist and bluewater in Myrtle.  I get that they're not the taj mahal but seems realators just want to hustle anyone they can into more money.

Hi,

I'm trying to decide which area would be best to buy my first rental property. I know HOA fee's are high. I was doing some research on Airbnb. I saw a condo in Myrtle beach that's listed at $100k-$160k. Other tenants look like they're making about $5-6k a month through airbnb. Nightly rent $119. plus $85 cleaning fee. 2 night min. averages . If they rent 31 days it's alot. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Myrtle beach condo's and airbnb they can share with me.

Hi,

I'm looking for my first house to flip.  I found this adorable house for $50k in Boardman, Ohio.  I was thinking to put up to $20k into the house and hopefully sell for $99k. I was wondering if anyone on here has had any luck in this area?  I know that Poland is a more expensive and nicer neighborhood.  I'd love to hear if you're making money there.

interesting.  years ago my dad bought a house for $15k.  he remodeled it and makes $500 a month on for over 10 years.  Crazy.  It wasnt through tax deeds.  He read the newspaper and found the seller.  Maybe that's a better route.  He's always said you dont want to buy property.  You want a steel.  And in this crazy real estate market it's tough to find that.  Any advice, I'd love to hear!

Hi, ive been reading that it's a great place to find leads going through the delinquint tax deeds for a certain area.  I have been looking at largo and orlando.  It is so hard to find the delinquint tax deeds published online.  Does anyone know how I can find that?
