Hi I live in the south Florida area and am also a vacation rental owner as well as a Vacation rental Manager /Booking and Travel agent..  I myself am also looking fo another vacation rental and am looking to rent in the South Beach area ..My obserbance is that sourh beach is the most lucrative for short term rentals.. You can try to purchase a nice rental in a Hotel Condo building.. I will gather some info for you and let you know what I find.. I am also a wholesaler so I have alot of connections with owners and brokers..

Hi I own manage and list short term rentals. , My fee is 20% of each booking..  I am also a travel agent which works out great when booking guest.  I own a International booking agency and am always looking for owners and listings..  Im here if you are interested or need any advice.

wow Congrats!!  I also have a vacation rental in NYC .. My Largest booking was $22,000 for also a 4 day stay.. Unbelievable right?? I love this business .. my first year I grossed over 150k going on my 5th year..
