Hi Ron,

Are you still working / investing in Erie?  Would love to get your take on what worked and what didn't and what Erie is currently looking like for investment.

Hi Jacob,

What's the best way to get hold of you?  I'd love to get your take on what's happening Erie and good places to look for potential rehabs for rentals.

Hi Dennis,

Thanks for getting back to me.  I don't live in the area - I just liked what I read about Erie and what it's doing to survive in tough times.  I'd love to chat to your friend!

Hi Michael,

I'm most interested in multi-family that will attract good renters - but Erie looks tricky:  seems like it's hard to find good renters; the properties are old and the upkeep looks intimidating.  Also it seems like there's a lot of unemployment, and a declining population.  However, it also seems that there are going to be big investments soon via insurance and the hospital that make it look promising.

Hi, I'm looking at a possible multi-family in Fayetteville - a triplex with 3 1 bed 1 bath.  Rent is projected at around $600 a month per unit.  Does that seem reasonable?  It's in the 28305 zip code area - is that one to be avoided?

Erica, did you manage to get your property rented?  What rent are you charging?

Many thanks for any assistance,

Carla
