That is a great point. I have heard several people say they found a house they loved and could afford the house payment but they could not afford the taxes.

Thank you! I currently have one rental in Decatur (it was my old house before moving to Chatham) I’m currently on the hunt for rentals in the Springfield/Chatham area. Do you know of any agents in the area that are best to work with? Or ones to completely stay away from.
