Hi All!

I am new to the Florida Real Estate scene and I'm ready to dive in. Having previous property management experience in Northern New Jersey, I'm ready for my next challenge. 

I am in the beginning stages of filling up my buyers lists and retrieving information on code violation properties. 

Upon doing my research on all possible options to capitalize in real estate, I ran across Lease Option Investing and Buy and Hold.
