Wholesaling has been recommended by a few other investors as a great way to get started and I have been researching it extensively. However, I have also read a lot of negatives about wholesaling and more specifically wholesalers, so we'll see. But there are bad seeds in every business so you have to take that with a grain of salt. Ay suggestions for entry into REI?

I am new to real estate investing and recently moved back to the Phoenix, AZ metro area.
