​What happens after the underwriter approves a loan ... im working on some q & a , I can't quit seem to pick the right one ... 

any help would be greatly appreciated...

a. the document a go-to escow

b. the title search is initiated

c. the case file goes to the lenders closing department

d. the underwriter orders a property survey

Is it obvious to you?

Hi everyone second post here and I'm wondering why BP doesn't want people asking for help in finding a mentor ? Im not asking although I will find one in the near future why is it frowned upon here ? would that be considered soliciting business ??

currently I'm enrolled in realestateexpress.com for California and have been having difficulties in grasping the financing aspect ,,  the advisors aren't much help ,, any one have some tips for me ? I listen to lots of audio and read tons on the subject , I need it to stick, could anyone help me further my knowledge so that it is easy to grasp .
