Glad I found this forum. I've learned a lot here already. I live in Montgomery on the north side of Houston. I'm planning on focusing on SFR in Montgomery, the Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, and Magnolia. Right now my long term goals are AT LEAST one house per year for the next ten years. I have a ton of questions that I'll eventually bug you guys with. I"m debt free except for the home mortgage and one vacation rental property mortgage down in Galveston. Currently saving in hopes of acquiring my first single family this winter. Man it is a crazy market on this side of town with the Exxon headquarters increasing the values here rapidly. I really need you guys to find the good deals.
