Im curious to know if there is some way to figure out the value of vacant land. I found a vacant lot, 100x100 with possible sub-division into 2 50x100 lots. I'd like to hear what you guys may suggest or what you think of this. Thanks!

Awesome! Thank you all very much, appreciate the input and great ideas. I will deff keep an eye out for the signs. And I surf craigslist once in a while as well although with out much luck

Whats up everyone,

What would be the a good way to get in touch with wholesalers in the area? Im looking for another source of potential fix and flips.

Or if someone is a wholesaler in my area, maybe we can set up a time to meet up.

Thanks BP!

@Nixon Vayupak  yes, i have to talked to family and friends, my family friend is my partner in this. My father is really the only person in my family that would be able to lend the money and we have talked several tomes and he doesn't want to lend me any money. Im going to attend the next Meet up in New York and hopefully i can find potential private lenders.

Thank you for the advice !

Hello everyone,

So im 19, with no tax returns to state my income, credit karm tells me my credit score is 673. Im looking for way to finance my first properties in order to build my bankroll to use  conventional funding. I have talked to a few hard money lenders and their terms are  50-75% down with 10-16% interest rates. Is this really my only option at the time. Loan amounts will range from 100-250k.

I have a partner who is a contractor who will cover the construction and i need to find funding to purchase the properties. We are currently are only working with SFH. Ive already lost one deal due to no funding and i would not like to lose more beacuse of this.

Thank You BP!

So i have been a long time lurker on the forum and felt its finally time to introduce myself to everyone.

My name is Nick Capriotti currently living in Nassau County on Long island. Im 19 and working full time, saving up to invest in real estate. For the past 6 months i have been soaking up as much information as i can about real estate investing. My main goal is to acquire rental properties with capital i raise from fixing and flipping distressed properties.

I would love to link up with members that live on long island. Thank you!
