Gebrael managment did a good job taking over the mess from the last PM and got one of the houses fixed up to sell. I don't think their fees are any worse than other PMs but it may depend on what you need them to do. I would recommend them.

I would not recommend Ideal. I have had a lot of problems with Ideal including them not doing a walkthrough with the tenant who was moving out and the tenants stole the fridge and range. And since Ideal would not collect security deposits I had nothing on the tenants. I recently switched to Gebrael Management.

I ended up going with Gebrael Management.  We are currently in the process of switching things over to them but they seem well organized and have been great to work with during this process so far.

@Ernesto Carozza I have a SFH I just put up for sale in Flint. It's vacant now as the previous tenants just bought their own house but I've been getting between $750-$795/mth. Message me if you are interested and I can give you details.

Yes, that's actually who I'm using as well.  So far they are doing a great job for us.
