Wonder if there's anyone who can help me... I have 2 rentals around Pittsburgh area, 1 SFR and 1 duplex, the property manager passed away a while back, so the properties are pretty neglected and have been vacant for at least a year maybe two years. As the properties are in very bad shape, I cant seem to get rid of them, and I dont have the resources to rehab them. What options would you suggest that I take to get rid of these two properties? Thank you!

Hi Robert,

I'm not in the market for  a duplex in Pittsburgh, but I did a quick mockup of some of my thoughts about it.

Just a little brighter, and some masonry and lighting to improve the curb appeal (a little).

Looks like a Class C or D area.

it looks like it may have had a store downstairs at one time.

Zoning might allow a liquor store or something.

Good Luck!

Wow, this is great! Will definitely be pitching this as a potential rehab option. Thanks so much!

LOL, like there's nobody here who buys properties. Do the places still have a roof? Get an agent and put them on the market.

Need all the help I can get, would you know any good agents in the area? Thank you!
