All, I am a newbie working on my marketing budget.  And need a few numbers to help calculate the cost per deal.  On average how much do you spend a month on PPC, and how many deals made through your PPC efforts?  Feel free to DM me if you do not want to share in a public post.

Healthy and Wealthy Regards
Candyce

All, I am working on my PPC Plan. Feel free to DM me if you are willing to share your average wholesale profit per deal in northern Cali. Much appreciated

All, just an update.  Thanks so much to Gavin for the deep dive.  I enrolled in the Property Radar program because I plan to frequently pull data.  The free trial was enough to whet my appetite and I enrolled in the monthly plan.  The data sets include so much information.  And I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a tech rep - he was absolutely amazing.  Really patient and helped me navigate the system.  I am hooked!

Gavin, Thank you, thank you for sharing your expertise.  The detailed response is much appreciated.

I journeyed to the local Assessor's office and was disappointed.  There is no way to pull an aggregated report; only individual documents available.  :-(
I will start with some of the property search aggregator recs.  Thanks to everyone for you expert help!

Hi Kevin, Best of success on your new journey :-)  The reason I asked the question is because I've heard that you could access the Tax Assessor system.  I see the data in their system, but am having a problem pulling a list rather than reviewing individually.  I've heard of listsource.com, it is a paid service.

Hi All, I am putting together a list of pre-foreclosures in the northern ca area. Any tips on the best place to pull the information? Tax Assessor vs paid lists?  Thanks!

I've called two cities in Northern Cali and received the same information regarding privacy laws.  I'll let you know of any progress.
