Hi, Allen! Thank you for the welcome and your advice! I appreciate your time. I am all about going with a strategy that has worked well for a fellow real estate investor. I was contemplating buying distressed property to flip it, so you renting them has opened my mind to a strategy that I did'nt think about. Happy Super Bowl!

Actually, I have a correction! The RAMS will be playing out of The Los Angeles Coliseum. Apologies! 

Mr. Franklin, thank you for your time and quick response. I have acquired funding! The RAMS will be playing out of The Los Angeles Convention Center for the next five years. However, the new stadium will be built at the end of the five years. How long would you hold a property commercial or residential prior to the main stadium opening up? 

The RAMS are back in L.A.! Wow and that means opportunity for all real estate investors! Anyone who has any ideas or who would like to brainstorm on buy and hold strategies please feel free to advise.
