@Candido Trinidad I am not looking to sell. Credit line will only be 65% of LTV

I have a multi with 200k in equity if I sold. I’d like to buy another. Using the equity. What is the best option? Credit line, Blanket loan? Multis are going for 500k and 25% down is too much cash for me to come up with

Massachusetts,

Any recommendations

I'm looking for options in purchasing commercial real estate. I'm wondering if an SBA backed loan works, I recently learned of Blanket Mortgages. Specifically, I'm wondering if creating an LLC or Corporation would put me in a better position to obtain commercial lending.

I have a 3 unit, I’m looking to get a HELOC. Initially the bank used Zillow and wouldn’t listen to me about the houses value. Now Zillow has caught up and I think I can pull out up to 100k. What is the best place to get a HELOC from? I’ve inquired and most banks just want to refi and I don’t want to lose my great rate.
