Thank you so much for the info ! What are your thoughts on going to purchase the list from the county ? The properties that didn’t sell at the auction ? Would it be the same ?

I requested quotes on several tax properties over a week ago with the State of Alabama. I haven't received an email or correspondence yet. What is the typical turn around time?

Thanks for any information!

Hi!

If anyone is still on this thread. Can someone give me ballpark on how long it takes the state to send a quote. I requested several properties over a week ago and no email yet. Is it lengthy wait?

Denise that is excellent information . I currently live in Hoover so I understand exactly what you’re saying . Alabaster is certainly on the rise . It seems Calera and Montevallo are as well. Calera is consistently growing . I would like to own an investment property south of 65 and eventually move further south. I was leaning more towards rental property than flip for the very reason you stated.
