@Kerry Noble Jr Hi There! I am currently working on building my network first. I felt that would be my best option since I actually want to build genuine connections. That is a great idea and I’m glad to hear it has worked well for you. I have not benefited from the REI Facebook Groups. I will be checking out that book! Sounds like it’s right up my alley. I am actually from Fort Wayne. I have family there who are by real estate and have considered doing more in that market, as well. Maybe you and I could connect when you have some time.

Hello All! I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to wholesaling in Indianapolis, IN! I am finding that Indy seems ‘watered down’ with people looking to make greedy profits on wholesaling. Any recommendations on meeting investors and building genuine business relationships with them and a level of trust? ANY business/real estate related advice is appreciated!
