My tenants call to make complains and too many request since I purchased the property they live in. First they complained about windows which I fixed in 3 days.

The tenant in the second unit complained about roaches in her apartment so I got an exterminator to come check and there was no sign or roaches or rodents on the property but only in her apartment and the exterminator treated it.

The problem is the same tenant called me back to complain again about roaches in her apartment and now she saying there is mold in her bathroom. I want to know is it my responsibility to pay an exterminator to treat the roaches again and the mold too ??

My section 8 tenant asked to buy her own appliances (electric stove and refrigerator) is it a good idea to allow that and make her sign and addendum to be attached to the lease. And if so how to do go about creating the addendum?

yes I closed a week ago and thank you for the advice also one of the tenants asked to purchase her own electric stove and a new refrigerator instead of what I have provided in the unit already is that okay to allow her use her own appliances?

After some months now the same tenant is complaining about roaches again is it my responsibility to pay for an exterminator the second time?
