Hey Everyone,

My name is Brenden Sullivan, and I've been lurking for a little bit now. I'm 33 years old and currently work as a Full Time Sale Consultant at a very large furniture store in New England. I am recently married and my wife and I own our house in Tewksbury, MA.

I've always had interest in being involved in RE, but never knew where to being. Since I have a lengthy sales history, it made sense in my mind to just be an agent. However, the more research I did, the more I decided it just wasn't for me.

About a year or so ago I met a guy who had a posting on CL for a birddogger. I worked with him a couple days a week, on my off days, learning the ropes to help find him properties. In the end, I wasn't able to fulfill his weekly requirement of houses due to my full time job, so we parted ways - but my passion for RE still exists.

Just recently my wife told me she wants to get her RE License and she wants me to get involved with RE somehow. I recently purchased "The Book on Flipping Houses" and can't wait to eventually get my feet wet. We have a long way to go, but are excited for the journey. Hopefully I'll meet some of the great people that contribute to this board someday as this forum is such a great tool to have.

You can also buy Gift Cards on Ebay and other sites at a discount. PlasticJungle sells Home Depot Cards at about 7% off. Ebay you can sometimes get them for up to 10% off. People love to sell their GCs they got as gifts and get 90% on the dollar for them.

What's also nice about GCs is you can use any coupons that the aboved members have mentioned as well.

Good Luck,

Brenden
