My story -
As an active real estate agent on both commercial and residential fronts dealing with retail consumers and investors. I’ve seen a fare share of deals, situations and trends in our area. And even though I’ve assisted many investors in my area, I’ve unfortunately like many, suffered great deal of analysis paralysis on my own real estate investments.
I’ve been committed work hard and never stop learning but action was really laking. After being inspired by a BP podcast from a local wholesaler @Shawn Holsapple which I’ve worked with, I simply had to stop with the excuses and act. It was very real to me that someone I’ve done deals with (for clients) was making it big in my market and I had to learn more from him and others.
No excuses, day after my girlfriend and I listened to the podcast we decided to work as a team and take immediate Actions…..
- We hustled Shawn for a lunch meet / brain picking session :) very busy man so my deepest appreciation to him (I give him credit to get my gears turning)
- Subscribed to BP - Still new to the site but we are so amazed of the tons of info, resources and amazing people to learn from that even for someone with a real estate back ground, I’m learning new things everyday. My girlfriend (100% new to real estate) is also obsessed and devours materials like no other! We are committed to learn and grow together as a team in our real estate investments and BP is a vital part of this for us.
- Started networking more locally on the investment and wholesale market.
- As of 8/22 bought our first property to flip. This pic was over the weekend, getting the place prepped for our contractors to start with the rehab to we plan to keep you informed of our progress.
