I drive around my neighborhood all the time and I always see abandoned commercial buildings ( old restaurants, convince stores, retail stores, etc) and I was wondering if you would wholesale them the same way you'd wholesale a house. do you need a different assigned contract? could you even wholesale them?? please help! I feel like I'm driving past money all the time. Also, Ive done my homework on a couple of them they either look abandoned or haven't paid taxes on them recently. please help!

hey I have a  question: what is a good mailing campaign i could use for sending out letters to my mailing list, to save money instead of doing everything by hand. ( its ALOT of money and time)

Hello everyone, I'm eager  to start investing in real estate,  I'm 21 and wanted to begin my lie and stop living off my parents and hopefully one day soon take care of them . The problem is I have no idea where to begin!!! I learn bits and pieces off the internet and books but Its all confusing to me. I even looked into a couple  mentoring programs. ONE worth $50,000 and another local program worth $25,000. I know I could do it on my own but I do not have the knowledge,money, the  credit "good enough"  to do so.
