I’m ready to make an offer. The numbers look good. I’ve researched the area. I’m out of state- and haven’t been there yet. Going under contract is leaving me in analysis paralysis because this is my first investment property and I am unfamiliar with the next steps. What are the must haves to include in an offer, especially time considerations since I will be out of state? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I’m Camila. I’m living in Colorado, but am looking to buy my first rental property in Winston Salem, NC. I’ve been obsessed with BP and other real estate blogs and can’t wait to get my first rental! Currently thinking a buy and hold 3 BR single family fixer upper. I’ve found a few houses that look amazing but I’m focusing on getting financing in order before I make my next move.

Looking to connect with anyone who knows the area, or any other helpful tips.
