Hello, fellow BPs, , I am a real estate investor in Olympia, WA.  I am looking for an insurance broker that can offer me an umbrella policy.  Do you have any referral for me?  I already have home owner insurance on my rentals with a $500k liability each policy.  I am looking at an additional $2,000,000 umbrella for liability coverage on top of my current home owner policies.  Thank you, Cam Hua

Thank you for your input. I take your comments at heart and have already been calling attorneys to help me with the series LLC. Washington State does not recognize Series LLC. So, I wonder if I should set up Texas or Wyoming Series LLC for holding the rental properties and then set up a Washington State LLC for the operating side (conducting rental business).

Hello, fellows BPs,

My name is Cam Hua, I am a relatively new Pro member at BP. 

I am a real estate investor located in Olympia, Wa. Currently, I own 20 rental properties all under my name. I listened to BP podcast #109 about asset protection, I am thinking about setting up series LLC for asset protection reasons. Later on, I also listened to your BP podcast #162 about tax filing, and now am worried about too much paperwork being generated when it comes to tax time.

I am not sure which direction to take, so I am posting on the forum hoping that someone can help me with this decision,

Also, if you are located near me, please kindly offer your recommendation for an accountant and attorney that I can work with for LLC set up and tax filing.
