Hi All,

Im looking for some good suggestions for a quality yet affordable Cold Call/Prospecting software to use. I've looked into a few and they all have their pro's and con's some being RedX. Propstream, Prospectnow, Batchleads etc. open to any and all suggestions. I am aware there may be more and even better ways to conduct these searches for property owners and completely open to any and all advice.

Thanks,

Cam

@Andrew Hogan It truly is. I kind of have a mentor(s) but it seems to be hard for them to juggle their busy schedules and personal goals to laser in on my thoughts and ideas through my career development journey. I am a very inquisitive and curious individual and find that my questions and and curiosity can come off to be annoying, however i find myself to be very thorough and want to know all the ins and outs of something.  Thanks for the advice though, maybe i just haven't found the right mentor yet, sucks because so many come to me for advice but feels like I don't have anyone to turn to myself.

@Shawn Mcenteer My ultimate goal is to invest and develop. I can certainly agree with you in the house hacking, and plan to do this in the coming year. As for business, i feel it was a solid first year and project i will have a better year this year. Problem is cash flow, i know i have the ability to sell and close, just sucks it takes 30+ days to close when Similac and pampers are a now thing. All in all, thanks for the advice I look forward to chatting with you.

@Elizabeth Howell That is so awesome, thank you for putting things into perspective. I never knew these companies offer part time employees to benefits. Not too sure if I will go this route but awesome to know it's an option. I guess things always work out for the better. Thank you for sharing, my child is my pride and joy!

Hello All,

My Name is Cameron, I am 25 and i am based out of Connecticut. I am currently a full-tIme Commercial/Residential Agent. My focus is mainly on Multi-Family (2+ Units) and filling my gaps with Single family and condo sales. In my first full year of Real Estate (20-21) I sold 19 Properties and didn't see much earnings due to being a newer agent with an extremely awful splits (50/50). I have since left 2 companies due to the lack of value in search of broader horizons and I think I found a quality place to hang my hat for a while. I believe i will double my sales this year and be able keep much more of my money.

I recently stepped into fatherhood this month and instantly felt the pressure and need to make more money. This recent change and responsibility yielded me the opportunity to look at my life and evaluate my situation. I have always been self -sufficient and so is my partner. I am pro entrepreneur and can't see myself enjoying and succeeding in corporate America or traditional job. However, this sudden need for stability and insurance has been wearing on me. The debate to leave or not give 120% effort into Real Estate isn't something i see myself doing but in order to provide for my family i need a better way to sustain with my soon to be wife not working at this time to be with our child. I have started several small businesses but none have seemed to take off like Real Estate. I have a wide range of skill sets such as: Property Mgmt., Project Mgmt., Food Service, Sales, Construction and Design and most importantly helping others.

I am currently stuck between starting a new business to compliment my Real Estate Profession such as a small home Improvement Co., Property Mgmt. Co. (Need my Brokers Lic.) and or obtaining my home inspectors License -OR- finding a W2 Job such as a Property Manger, Project manager or any job that will pay me a reasonable amount to provide for my family and help me earn some more money to start investing. I usually figure things out on my own but with all the new change and value i've been gaining from BP I'm sure to find a resolution though these forums and self development.

Thank you all in advance and look forward to learning from you all.
