I've put a lot of thought into these ideas as well. I live in 280 sf and have for 4 years. Doesnt bother me one bit. My bills are non existant. Lol.

My setup is a camper, and there are definately some down sides, but I could easily design a 200- 500 sf tiny home to be everything I need and more. Honestly if i could rearange my 280 sf to not waste the space I have, it would be great by me.

Of corse, I'm 29 and single, so your mileage may vary :)

I think about low income people, those (like I was) who are starting a business and need to eliminate most expenses, poor or homeless, and people who just dont need much room. There are a ton of reasons people would be interested.

Thanks for the welcome, Sir!

I'm in Hartsville, SC. Small town near Florence and Darlington (where they're have the Nascar race this weekend)

I believe its a little different market than where you are, but the principles should be the same.

I love real estate. Its exciting and rewarding.

And yeah. If you ever want to bounce ideas around, let me know. I plan to hang around here for a while.

Hey man, educate me on this. 6% seems like 1.5 times 4%... am I leaving something out?

Hey yall! I found this place by listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast. Already a fan :)

I'm a beginner real estate investor in South Carolina. I've flipped 1 home and currently hold 1 that I bought, fixed, rented, then refixed. Lol.  It's on the market for sale, but it may become a rental again.

I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you on here and learning all I can from this community. I've already soaked up so much information from the podcast!

If anybody is active in my area, let me know.

I own a Landscaping and Lawn Care company that I started 4 years ago to escape the 9-5 world. I'm an entrepreneur through and through, and I love real estate!

My background is in construction, educated in civil engineering.

My goal is to transition into full time real estate investing as I continue to learn, gain experience, and build my income and net worth. I'm 29, so its prime time to make it happen!

Thanks for having me on the forum!
