Would your end buyer be willing to up the purchase price to off set your holding cost ? I'm working my way through the same issues myself. I have an end buyer in place but I will need to hold for 90 days due to seasoning. I agreed to lease it during the 90 days. I can't find a hard money lender that will agree to those terms.

Thank you for your timely response. I'm currently working my was through my first flip. I'm not against buy and hold, I would rather do that strategy in a multi unit setting. That being said I'm kinda open to anything. I would like to start wholesaling my self. Is there a lot of competition out there for wholesaling ?
