Hey I appreciate the response but I didn’t say I couldn’t close. I said I can’t in 7days I am all lined up with hard money just can’t do it in 7 days. With all due respect you don’t know anything about the seller or their situation. I have been in touch with him for almost two years now and he called me looking for help now. Please don’t pretend you know me my morals or the value I can bring. You have no idea what I am trying to do for him after closing.

Hey Bigger pockets family! I'm hoping some Yvan help me out here. I have just signed a contract with a seller to purchase their property. However the home is scheduled for an HOA foreclosure auction in 7days. I don't have the resources to close that quickly. Can I somehow use the signed contract to stay the foreclosure and give me time needed to close?? Any suggestions would be helpful. I am in Tampa Fl.

Thanks!
