Looking for this acquisition to fit the minimum threshold for an E2 Visa application so anywhere between $100,000.00 USD - 1M USD

Cost ultimately depends on the health of the company and room for growth.

Location: Have preferred locations but not stuck on any one spot or state, open to FLA, TX possibly ARZ

To confirm looking for an existing management company (vacation rentals specifically) to purchase 

Any suggestions for business brokers in this space would be greatly appreciated as well

Currently in the process of moving my family to FLA. We currently own and operate a hospitality business in Ontario, Canada and we are looking to get connected with a business broker down south that could connect us with non-franchise vacation rental businesses for sale. 

Any suggestions or referals would be greatly appreciated.
